3 SESSION STARTER PACK

THE DISCOVERY

First, I take some time to get to know you -  your body, your lifestyle and your goals. I take a holistic approach to fitness; ensuring that we take care of both your body and mind through a tailored program. In our first session, we will complete a fitness assessment and talk about what’s important to your personal training journey. 

 

YOUR PROGRAM

In your first three sessions we go through Base Line Testing; Strength & Flexibility Testing; and Postural & Movement Analysis.

SESSION 1

  • Goal Setting

  • Baseline testing (BMI, upper and lower body strength, core strength)

  • Strength Session - repetition based workout based on primal movement patterns

SESSION 2

  • Injuries history, isolated muscle strength testing & flexibility testing

  • Muscular endurance workout - a workout that develops your muscles to perform for a longer period of time

SESSION 3

  • Postural Assessment 

  • Boxing fundamentals - learn the fundamentals technique of boxing​

Once we have these basics covered and if you decide to continue; we design an 8-week program for you. We then run the assessments again to evaluate your progress and reassess your goals. 

 

You can train with me one-on-one or in a group - just grab your partner or some friends and share the cost in a Small Group Training session. 

 

THE TRAINING

On-Site: Come work out in the facilities of my partner studios in Camperdown 

 

Off-Site: As a Mobile Personal Trainer I bring your work out to you. Meet me in the comfort of your home or step outdoors and savour some fresh air in a local park.

CONDITIONS

  • Limit one per customer and subject to availability

  • For training outside of 3km from Tier 1 Training, additional fees may be charged.
