ONGOING PERSONAL TRAINING IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH YOUR GOALS

Personal Training with Tier 1 Training ensures that a holistic approach is taken when designing a tailor-made program for you. Once you have completed the 3 session starter pack, an 8-week program is designed to help you achieve your goals, focusing on the different areas of your life.

Regardless of if you train once or three times a week, you will receive the following:

PROGRAMMING

Tier 1 Training will develop a program based on your needs and your goals in an 8-week program block. In this program block, you will have regular personal training sessions along with homework assignments to correct any ongoing postural or muscle weakness issues.

GOALS AND SYSTEMS

We work with you to set a goal and develop systems to help you achieve your goal

​

DIET 

We will guide you with your food choices, depending on your goal

​

TIER 1 TRAINING APP

  • Ability to communicate with your trainer 

  • Schedule in training 

  • Receive workouts with demonstrations if you are training by yourself 

  • Enables you to log your workouts 

  • Enables you to track your food intake 

  • Progress pictures 

  • Measurements and key metrics

  • Keeps you accountable
