Personal Training with Tier 1 Training ensures that a holistic approach is taken when designing a tailor-made program for you. Once you have completed the 3 session starter pack, an 8-week program is designed to help you achieve your goals, focusing on the different areas of your life.
Regardless of if you train once or three times a week, you will receive the following:
Tier 1 Training will develop a program based on your needs and your goals in an 8-week program block. In this program block, you will have regular personal training sessions along with homework assignments to correct any ongoing postural or muscle weakness issues.
