Specially designed around your lifestyle needs; our over 50s classes lets you work out at times that work for you. All exercises are designed to keep you mobile, prevent falls, improve balance and back problems.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

For a quick and varied work out that pushes you to your limits; join one of our group training sessions. We pride ourselves in delivering fun and high quality workouts in a small group setting - all in just 45 minutes.
